Shipping and Orders

What are your shipping options and costs?

We ship with Evri, DPD UK and Yodel. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, depending on Standard, Express or International shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship our orders into Europe.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Dependent on Delivery choice.

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
International Delivery: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)

Times listed above are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What do I do if my order is lost or never arrived?

THORS ROCK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return, you can contact us at a1geb@thorsrock.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Rose Cottage, Station Road, Thurstaston, Wirral, ENG, CH61 0HL, United Kingdom
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to process a refund?

After approval, the payment will be automatically returned after 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I know which size to order?

Check the SIZE CHART for help choosing the correct size.

What are your products made of?

Depending on which product you purchase, they can be made from cotton, polyester or a blend of both. (check description of product for more relevant information)

How should I care for my clothing?

To look after our Tee Shirts,
